Dan joined Mildren Design Group in 2004 and has over 25 years of professional experience in providing design services to a number of client types. His broad experience ranges from retail and commercial to government and educational projects. He is well versed in the various duties of project management including tracking, budgeting, permit procurement, team organization and leadership. Dan has managed projects from initial feasibility studies and design through construction administration in numerous locations across the United States, most notably California, Colorado, New York and Oregon. He has a wide experience with office building design and construction, including the use of materials ranging from masonry veneer and concrete to metal panel finishes.
Dan has worked with a wide range of clients from smaller single-building users to large companies including The United States Postal Service, The Oregon Medical Association and several storage companies including Get Space/Extra Space, Security Public Storage and West Coast Self-Storage. His work has consisted of numerous tenant improvement projects and building design/construction projects most notably the Lyon Court building in Portland, the Town Center Office building in Wilsonville and the Triangle Commons Office Complex in Tigard. Dan received his BS in Design and MA in Architecture from Arizona State University.
Outside of the office Dan spends his time with family and friends, playing tennis, golf, and biking. He’s been involved in his community of Wilsonville since 2008 – being on the board of his Homeowner’s Association, attending the local Rotary, and working with neighborhood businesses/friends on projects within the city.
